We are trying to cut back costs where ever we can. I went to a coupon workshop this weekend and one of the things she said was to start making a weekly menu according to what you already have in your pantry and what is on sale that week. Which works out well for me since I had already decided last week that I was going to start blogging a menu and linking up to Menu Planning Mondays over at Orgjunkie.com.
Monday: Leftovers day (since I have Ladies Night with my church family)
Tuesday: Baked Chicken with rice and veggies (Last week I got chicken on sale)
Wednesday: Taco Soup (made in the microwave, since it's church night, will be posting recipe soon)
